2014 Spring Anime Watchlist

You know the drill, it’s time for another season of anime. Once again thanks to Zana at Neregate for the season’s chart.

The coming season has quite a lot of titles and it took me quite some time to quickly go through all of them. Thank goodness I don’t really have any particular titles that I’m really looking forward to, so this round, all of the selected titles are based on my first impression from the synopsis and PV alone. Trust me, I’ve yet even did any research on them prior to the writing of this article.

Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou

Point!:

• Peaceful artwork and music
• seems to be slice-of-life type of romance comedy

Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei

Point!:

• Onii-sama
• Shiba Miyuki CV, Hayami Saori’s sort of sexy voice
• Shibata Mizuki with a pair of huge eyes, I mean, glasses
• Lastly, Mahou? dafuq?

Captain Earth

Point!:

• Captain Earth, what a name.
• Yakusoku? very shounen yo!
• Mecha

Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii

Point!:

• I don’t even know why…
• Is it because Nike Remercier looks kinda hot?
• but seriously, the hell is that shota.

Gokukoku no Brynhidr

Point!:

• How do you even pronounce Brynhidr?
• Kuroha Neko is kinda moe. But damn, what happened…
• This PV succeed in making me want to know more about the story.
