Last week, I went back to my hometown because there was a carnival at the village. The carnival is organized by a local Chinese newspaper company – NanYang Siang Pau (NanYang Business Daily). Y’know, villagers are so excited because a local satellite TV station, ASTRO, is coming for the carnival too…
Was organizing my photos just now and found that I took these photos during Chinese New Year visiting. Have to post them up before I forgot about it.
Traditionally, Chinese New Year is celebrated for 15days. It starts with the 1st & 2nd day of the lunar month, then until the 15th day, ended with Lantern Festival. Take note that Lantern Festival isn’t same as Mid-Autumn/Mooncake Festival.
